Barry Fontaine has over 30 years experience shooting in broadcast news environments for some of the biggest television outlets in the world. He has shot thousands of stories for CTV News as a network staffer and was Chief News Videographer at CTV Edmonton running a department of 16 ENG Videographers. In addition to CTV News Barry has worked on individual news assignments specifically booked by CBC, BBC, MTV, TSN, Sportsnet, Fox, ARD and G4TV. His work on news stories has gone to all of the biggest TV Broadcasters in the world through News Service Networks.

A list of some are: Olympic Games Host Broadcaster, NHL, CHL, CIS and World Junior Hockey, CFL and CIS Football, MMA, Grand Slam Curling, The Brier and Scotties Curling, World Cup Rugby, Fifa Soccer, World Cup Cycling, World Cup Triathlon, Champ and Indycar open wheel racing and NHRA Drag Racing. Broadcasters of these events have included Sportsnet, TSN, CBC, Fox, NBC, Comcast and some of the biggest European Broadcasters of Sporting Events.
